Are your cleaners vetted?

Yes. Every cleaner goes through a background check, a skills assessment, an interview focused on reliability and professionalism, and an in-depth onboarding process to become well-versed in the Luminous Cleaning Pro standard.

Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

Nope! Most clients choose to be away during the cleaning. We just need a way to access your home and secure it when the cleaning is complete.

What should I do before my cleaning?

A quick pickup goes a long way. Clear surfaces and floors help our team clean efficiently and thoroughly. Don't have time - don't worry! You can always book with one time extras so our Pros can give your space any extra TLC it may need.

What products do you use?

Our Pros use high-quality, non-toxic, pet-friendly supplies. If you prefer something specific, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

We stand behind our work and have a thorough quality control process. Should a cleaning be dissatisfactory, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return for a free re-clean. We are happy to earn both your trust AND your business.

Do you offer same-day bookings?

When availability allows. It's always best to book a few day ahead through our hassle-free booking process.  

Do you bring the supplies?

Yes! Our Cleaning Pros come fully equipped with all necessary supplies.  

Do you charge per hour?

We charge per project with clear upfront pricing, no hidden fees.  

What if I want a one time cleaning?

That's totally doable! You can get a quote for a one time cleaning or recurring cleanings at different frequencies. Choose what is best for your needs and we'll take care of the rest!
